With the newly developed vibration alarm, the operator can be informed reliably of critical statuses on the machine as well as faults and potential dangers through the vibration of the transmitter. This results in significantly enhanced safety because the operator can react in time and prevent dangerous situations.

The information type which is being transferred by the vibration alarm is virtually up to the customer’s choice. Examples where such an option can be a huge safety benefit are prewarnings for high wind speeds or threatening excess crane loads. The critical value for activating the alarm function can also be set in accordance to the customer’s needs.

The vibration alarm comes standard with micron 5 / 7 and eco. It is optionally available with the spectrum series. Unless specified by the customer, this excellent feature will activate when the battery is running low, to ensure that the operator is aware of an impending need to change batteries. Of course this feature can be deactivated if requested.
