We are thrilled to announce the official launch of our new site in Stollberg, located in the Erzgebirge region of eastern Germany. This modern facility in the “Stollberger Tor” commercial park has served as a workspace for our local production team since June 2024; here, they make HBC radio systems to support the production process at our main site in Crailsheim, Baden-Württemberg. The new facility is now also able to provide HBC customers in eastern Germany with even better customer service and replacement parts. Alongside customer service and production, the new site also includes software development.

First-class, state-of-the-art HBC design in the best quality: this is the FSE 416 radio receiver. Its tailor-made equipment package is ideal for the wireless control of hoists and standard industrial cranes. With an UL/CSA 61010-1 and UL/CSA certification 61010-2-201, the FSE 416 is ideally suitable for the North American market.

When operating heavy machinery, only a safe distance is the right distance. Getting too close to an activated machine can be just as dangerous as controlling without seeing the machine and the work environment. The solution is radiomatic^® range control. By detecting the operator’s distance to the machine, this intelligent assistance feature keeps personnel and equipment always in a safe distance. The radiomatic^® range control can be used for proximity or far field control, or both.

As operations and services are becoming more and more automated and digitally connected, product developers and process designers must also account for the possibility of attacks by malicious actors. There is clear evidence that security threats are on the rise, globally and across our industries.

The largest construction project in HBC's history is close to a successful completion. In the last few months, a new building with a total area of ​​around 5,500 square meters, spread over three floors plus basement, was built at our production site in Crailsheim. The new building enables us to significantly expand our production capacities.

Radio remote controls from HBC have been known for their comfortable carrying options for decades. Here, too, we are continuously expanding our offering. A clever carrying device is now available for our tried-and-tested quadrix hand-held transmitter, which also doubles as an optional wall bracket.

HBC radio systems can now also be used for the safe and convenient operation of complete Volvo trucks. Our newly developed interface enables the precise control of all vehicle functions including a wide variety of superstructures, attachments and outriggers with a single HBC radio system.

For the safe and convenient operation of push button arrays at the side of HBC radio transmitters, we now also offer our single-step push buttons with a physical tactile indicator. A small bump clearly confirms to the operator which position / function his finger is currently on in a row of buttons.

With technos E, HBC-radiomatic presents a powerful, versatile radio transmitter for complex machine applications. A comprehensive set of available features combined with the latest 5" display technology enable a tailor-made, individual configuration – customized to precisely match the application’s special requirements. The ergonomic technos design ensures operating comfort at all times and perfect ease of use.
